Whether driving buses to help feed the needy, helping with flower arrangements, being an usher during worship service, or simply sending in your photos of church events, there is a place for you here!

The flower ministry needs vases to deliver beautiful arrangements to church members each week. If you have vases to donate, please drop them off in the Flower Closet (outside the Dining Room).

pW Pantry

Each month the Presbyterian Women (PW) Pantry collects items to benefit the Good Samaritan Clinic. Check announcements in the most recent bulletin to find out what you can contribute this month.


The newly opened client-choice food pantry developed by Grace Presbyterian needs volunteers! It is open three days a week. Register to volunteer at Questions? Contact Shelley Hancock or Robert Smith.

The house Tuscaloosa

The House Tuscaloosa has opened, and volunteers are needed at the used bookstore. Times and jobs vary. Visit or call Lori Maxey at (205) 210-8595 to sign up.

The Nominating Committee is in the process of preparing a slate of candidates for Elders and Deacons for the Class of 2027. The office of Elder is one of servant leadership undertaken by people of wisdom and maturity of faith. Elders are called to discern the will of God for the church and then lead the people of God in that direction. The office of Deacon is one of compassion, service and sharing the redeeming love of Christ with all - but especially with those carrying heavy burdens. All FPC Members have the right to nominate other church members.
