GLOBAL MISSION FESTIVAL

This year's Global Mission Festival was held on Sunday, January 29th!


Guest Preacher Rev. Dr. Joe Scrivner, Brown Memorial Presbyterian Church and Dean of the Chapel at Stillman College, preached at both the 8:45AM & 11AM Worship Services.


We enjoyed Brunch & Learn from 9:30-10:45AM in the Faucett Family Life Center and got to meet some of our local & international mission partners.

Sunday Morning Worship

Rev. Dr. Joe Scrivner, Brown Memorial Presbyterian Church and Dean of the Chapel at Stillman College, lead worship at 8:45AM & 11AM.

 

Rev. Joseph Scrivner, Ph.D., serves in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, as Pastor for Brown Memorial Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and as Dean of Chapel for Stillman College. As a preacher, he was inducted into the Morehouse College Board of Preachers. As a scholar, he has written brief articles on the Bible and co-authored a Hebrew handbook. As a college administrator, he has secured several grants, including an award from Lilly, Inc., for the Thriving Congregations Program. As a community member, he serves as a Trustee for the Presbyterian Home for Children. He earned a Ph.D. in Old Testament from Princeton Theological Seminary. He shares his life with his wonderful wife, Krysten Carter Holloway. He is also the proud father of three amazing adult children: Jessica, Joseph II, and Jocquelyn; and two delightful bonus children: Kennedy and Carter. He is an even prouder grandfather of four incomparable grandchildren: Adrian, Aiden, Lailah, and Jonah. His hobbies include chess, movies, and music.
