    We meet at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings (9 a.m. in the summer). Sunday school classes are taught year round for all of our children. See more details

    Kindergarten through 5th grade meet in classrooms 209A and 209 B on the second floor. Children ages 3 and 4 meet on the Preschool hallway next to the Nursery. Children under age 3 can attend the nursery located on the first floor in the First Presbyterian Preschool rooms.

  • acolytes

    Acolytes are 4th, 5th, and 6th graders who serve as worship leaders by bringing the "light of Christ" into the 11:00 a.m. worship service. For more information, please contact Emily Frandsen at efrandsen@fpctusc.org or read our Acolyte Handbook.

  • logos

    Logos is a mid-week ministry for children in first through fifth grades. The church bus brings children to the church immediately after school for snack, play, bible & music learning. Dinner is included for 1st through 5th graders. To ensure that this program runs smoothly, parents are expected to volunteer at least 4 hours per semester. 

  • scouts

    The Girl Scout Troops meet from 6-7 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month in Room 209 (Elementary Sunday School room). All girls age 1st through 5th grade are invited to join! Contact Troop Leader: Jeana Yates (contact the church office if you need Jeana's contact info).

    The Boy Scout Troop meets on Monday’s at 6:30 p.m. in the Boy Scout Room (Stillman Blvd. side of the Sanctuary). For more information, call Jeff Cull or Trace Neighbors (contact the church office if you need their contact info).


    Hosted in the spring, first and second graders have the opportunity to participate in a class to learn more about the Lord’s Supper. Click here to learn more about this fun and educational class!


    FPC offers a nursery during both worship services (8:45 a.m. and 11 a.m.) as well as Sunday School. The nursery is open from 8:30 a.m. until the 11 a.m. worship service ends during the school year and from 9 a.m. until worship ends during the summer.
